Not quite an agency but more than a production house, we are interested in the intersection of the two. With decades of experience and expertise that you can plug in for a consultative approach to creative thinking at no additional cost.

People and Discovery
We'll show you relevant samples and case studies, along with a boat load of creative inspiration. It's an insight into our process and above all, it's quite fun to do. An exercise in getting to the heart of what's needed. It doesn't take long to do - a meeting or two - but it gets us to the core of jobs to be done quickly and effectively.
Process and delivery
This could be a fixed one off project, or a retainer for ongoing needs.
A little bit about us
Carrie (she/her) is the face and founder of Ouch! Once called an industry veteran for her expertise in creativity, she works across concept development and client discovery.
The Ouch! creative department is led by Jonny Ford (he/him), award winning Creative Director focused on design, and 'the colouring in.'
Within Ouch! we have six multi-disciplined creatives, artists, and producers, all brought in from animation house Finger Industries.
As a team we have worked together for decades, though we have a mixed bag of interests in and out of work.
Same team, consistent results, always to time and on budget.

We have 2 core values, to lead with heart and to create with integrity.
We work fully remote or from our home at the Workstation in Sheffield. Our team can collaborate, socialise and creatively percolate in person whenever they want. Our clients are currently based across the UK, US, and Australia but we are happy to align to most time zones.
